Merkin Vineyards is dedicated to coming as close as we can to 100% arizona representation. Our wines are from Wilcox fruit, our fruit and produce come from our Verde Valley orchard and greenhouses. What we aren’t able to grow, we source locally from McClendon Farms, Blue Sky Organic Farms, and other various Arizona farms. Our poultry and beef are sourced from Top Knot Farms and Arizona Grass Raised Beef Co.. Hayden Mills is the cornerstone of our house made pastas and bread.
