Within the first year of opening, in 1995, Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante Italiano, the food critic of the Phoenix New Times stated, “Sedona’s red rocks knock you out during the day… look for Dahl & Di Luca to knock you out after the sun goes down!” In 2012 AAA Inspectors selected Dahl & Di Luca in the top 5 most romantic restaurants in the nation and continued our Three Diamond rating.
Since then the award and accolades have exceeded any reasonable expectation. The cuisine and wine list is award winning and after twenty years, continues to surprise and satisfy our guests.
Also in 2012, Lisa Dahl took over full ownership of the restaurants and with relentless passion works daily with her kitchens and staff to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Our street-front garden captures the eye with flaming torch columns and italian cypress trees, surrounding a dolphin fountain with a beautiful horseshoe of seasonal flowers. The opulent interior of the restaurant is adorned with collectable memorabilia from Italian travels, giving it the feeling of being invited into a private home. World-class musicians permeate the background music on a baby grand piano and bass creating an aura of romance, making the perfect choice for the most intimate of gatherings to the grandest affairs.
